All the furniture and cabinetry throughout are designed & built by Gallo Pinto Trading Co in Granada, Nicaragua.The finishings are Andiroba Mahogany w/ Cocobolo Rosewood trim. Walnut wood floors & exotic granite throughout the home makes this a true treasure. Property offers 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, large kitchen that is surrounded by an expansive living room for hanging out with guests and family. The master Bedroom is extremely private with a large, oversized bathroom and a stunning office area with fireplace right outside of the bedroom. Location is right in the middle of one of the most desired roads in Incline Village. There is a 7-mile bike path across the street, Championship golf course minutes away, walk to the Hyatt Casino oh and we forgot to mention you are in one of the most beautiful places in the world LAKE TAHOE!

  Wow this is by far our favorite vacation rental EVER. The home is clearly owned and loved - appliances, security, and smart home system are top of the line. The layout is fantastic with the master and main living upstairs and guest bedrooms down. Radiant heating makes for toasty feet, and nothing was better than coming home from skiing to a warm, bright home. The master shower is an experience - multiple shower heads and heated floors. It's right across from the walking trail and an easy walk to Incine Beach. My husband loved the office space to work from and the kids enjoyed the huge backyard (there were even sleds in the garage) and hot tub. The only thing that may have been missing is a manual on how to use the fireplace and smart home system. We would have loved to have Netflix but honestly we loved our stay so much we weren't desperate for movies to watch. My husband commented - if we could buy this place we would in a hearbeat - what an amazing home!

  Living Room: Spacious, warm, comfortable and ideal for our family
  
  Entertainment: That was the biggest drawback. There were no stored games, and the TV setup was outdated, underwhelming and technologically flawed. The multi-purpose remote to control DirecTV channels barely worked. Every time you wanted to switch the channel or increase/lower the volume, you had to press twice, and slowly in order to successfully advance. The unit lacked the original remote for the Samsung Smart TV, which prevented us from powering up any apps. The multi-purpose remote showed there were various other applications including Apple TV, Playstation etc. and I suppose these were reserved and locked up exclusively for the owner's use. There were also several other remote controls but they served no purpose. Overall just confusing and disappointing for a group that is staying on property for a considerable time frame. When I requested for help for the entertainment system, we did not hear back from the property management company for several days. Also, there is a large server/tech stack stored away to the left of the TV. The fans are on 24/7 and loud/disruptive.
  
  Cleaning supplies: Plentiful with the exception of the dishwasher. We had to actually go out and purchased detergent..!
  
  Bathrooms: There were liquid soap dispensers but no liquid in them. I was informed by Sue that we just need to make use of the terrible green soap bars provided by Goldfish Properties. Not what I/we would expect when renting a luxurious property, at such an elevated price. If you don't want to fill up the liquid soap dispensers, please store them somewhere out of sight.
