Expansive 3 car garage so plenty of room if you have oversized vehicles.

All Bedrooms are located on the second level of the home. Master bedroom is very large with a master bathroom that includes a large shower and bathtub, and the best part is the hot tub that is located on a private deck attached to the bedroom. Down the hallway you will find 2 more bedrooms with a full bathroom. Also located on the level is a guest suite that has a full bathroom and small private deck.

Incline Village renters enjoy golf courses, ski resort, and a recreational and tennis center. There are public beaches like Sand Harbor and Kings Beach for your use. And the latest addition to our community the boardwalk from Incline to Sand Harbor.

Note: Please ask about access to Incline's private beaches. Public beaches like Sand Harbor 3 miles away and Kings Beach 4 miles away are all open to the public.

    Beautiful house, very quick drive to everything you want to do on North Lake Tahoe. House was very clean, kitchen was well set up with all your needs and the hot tub was wonderful after a day on the slopes. We left 2 sleds and a saucer that we were hoping the next renters could use. Would have loved it even more if game room had some games, puzzles or something like a pool table for when relaxing around the house. Had a fire in the fireplace every night. Pretty peek-a-boo views of the lake and mountains. Quiet street, neighbors are close, but never heard them and hardly saw anyone. Spacious 3 car garage.
    Took a walk around neighborhood, all the homes are beautiful. Plenty of room for us, we were 4 adults and 3 kids. Cute, cozy Lake Tahoe décor. Would recommend and would visit again!
