This Town Home has been FULLY remodeled from top to bottom. Walkout the door with your golf clubs or your snow sleds depending on what season you are enjoying. The entry level offers the master bedroom that includes a 50" flat screen Tv, a vanity with a sink, desk if you need to get a little work done or step on to the deck and enjoy the hot tub. The bunk bed room is also located on the entry level and has a Flat Screen TV for the kids to enjoy. There is also a full bathroom with a beautiful tub and a shower. .Upstairs you will find a wide open space that includes a beautiful kitchen, cozy sofa's and a nice deck to barbecue and enjoy the Tahoe scenery. The 3rd bedroom is located on the second level has plenty of room and privacy, flat screen TV and full bathroom located near bedroom, queen bed..

Note: Please ask about access to Incline's private beaches. Public beaches like Sand Harbor 3 miles away and Kings Beach 4 miles away are all open to the public.

  Our family of 4 had a great ski weekend in Incline and really enjoyed our stay in this condo! It feels updated and clean, with new fixtures, nice showers, and a lovely hot tub on the deck. Beds were comfortable, the parking lot was easy (and plowed, on a weekend of epic snow!) and the check-in/check-out was easy. And the location is perfect, just a quick 4 minute drive to Diamond Peak Ski Area. We would definitely stay here again!

  The place was perfect for our group of 7. Beds were comfortable, each room has a closet to unpack in, and the balcony was lovely to sit out on. We were walking distance to the golf course and club house, and about 15-20 minute walk to a shopping plaza. As many other reviews said, the downstairs got a little cold at night, but there were lots of extra blankets around.

  We had an absolute wonderful stay! We were visiting friends in Incline Village and this was the perfect condo for our family! The hot tub was enjoyed by all and we could walk to the little village. We were close enough to everything but still felt like we were in the middle of no-where :) We had so much fun that we even stayed an extra night!

  Went with our grown children an their kids, 5 and 2 to play in the snow. The golf course across the street was perfect for sledding for this age. Probably too small for older kids. House was recently remodeled and clean. Nice view of golf course. Only complaint is that the downstairs shower water would not get hot.

  4 Montclaire Villas is a great little house. It stands alone- no wall sharing with neighbors. Everything looks great and works well. The kitchen had all the necessary gadgets, but was a little short on pantry space. TV’s in all the bedrooms and the wifi stayed strong. Fans and space heaters available, a real bonus. The front door gaps quite a bit so it does let in a lot of cold air and the first bedroom feels it. Bedding was plentiful with great pillows (it’s the little things). The hot tub was WONDERFUL. And so peaceful with the trees overhead.
  Location was easy to find and super convenient to groceries and restaurants.
  We had a hiccup with unlocking the door on our arrival and Goldfish properties had someone answer the phone and come out to help all during the Super Bowl so the customer service was top notch also!
