One level living, two bedrooms and two baths open to kitchen and dinette. Adjoining is a living room with high ceilings and river-rock fireplace. New flooring throughout. 2 bath 2 bedroom ground level unit. Short walk to beaches and to the hyatt. The recreation center offers a year round indoor pool, gym, basketball and tennis in the summer. Just a short drive to the walking path and to Diamond Peak ski resort.

Note: Please ask about access to Incline's private beaches. Public beaches like Sand Harbor 3 miles away and Kings Beach 4 miles away are all open to the public.

  Goldfish was surprisingly bad in their management of our reservation. They kept insisting on us signing an additional agreement above and beyond the VRBO agreements. They directed me to the Goldfish website to sign a form which had no signature block. Their phone service was equally uninformed in explaining that they would not release entry instructions until I signed their additional "mystery form". 98 McCloud was great, however I am unlikely to use Goldfish properties unless I get into a real bind.

  Good experience overall. The main issue was not being able to find the condo in the middle of the night when we arrived (after huge travel delay- winter storm). There were no maps or even an indication on how to find the condo in the property description. And there are about 200 condos in this complex and about 4 entrances! All you get is the Condo #. Good luck finding it! Especially after dark. The posts and signs were covered with snow. And no one from management available to help at night😣. Apart from this, everything was fine. Please attach directions to your properties ( within these large complexes). Unless it’s a single family home.
