Close to both beaches and stores on a large lot. Short drive to Diamond Peak ski resort and to the walking path. Great for a large family or multiple families.     This was our second year spending a three day weekend in this home with a group of 6. It is the perfect size and has everything we need to be comfortable! It is less than a mile walk to the Hyatt and nearby many other restaurants. I highly recommend this house for a family or group of friends!
