There is additional driveway parking for two cars, and gravel parking for a boat or RV. 3 bedroom 2.5 bath - maximum occupancy 6. Short drive to beaches, hyatt, diamond peak and the new walking path in town.

Note: Please ask about access to Incline's private beaches. Public beaches like Sand Harbor 3 miles away and Kings Beach 4 miles away are all open to the public.

  This was our second stay in this house. We had a wonderful stay. We appreciate this house so much. They did some Reno- ripped out the old carpet and replace with floor wood. The only concern is the way cleaner clean- one of the pot weren’t wash..there was a left over moldy food in it. And one of the portable bed were filled with hair. Other than we will still give a 5 star. We love the location of the property.. it’s close to EVERYTHING from shops to restaurants and ski resort and parks. The kids had a wonderful time playing snow ❄️ in the backyard. We recommend this property.

  We were pleasantly surprised by this property. The bedrooms were spacious, the master bath had a jetted tub and steam shower. The kitchen had all the essentials in the dining table can seat 10. There’s even in a hot tub! We had a fabulous time with our family including young children and would definitely stay here again.

  We arrived with no issues and the home was beautiful. We're glad it's right next to Diamond peak ski resort so we don't have to travel far for skiing/snowboarding. The home was clean and very comfy. Thanks for hosting us!
