This Perfect Vacation home is set up for Entertaining friends and family. This property is Located in Lower Ponderous Subdivision. Walk through the front door to a tiled entry way, and large windows that look out to an amazing back yard. The open floor plan with a great room and tall cathedral ceilings, large wood cased dual pane picture windows, wood plank ceilings and stone surround gas fireplace (four fireplaces total in property). Above the entry is a loft with a pool table and sofa for some down time after the beach or skiing. Downstairs you will find 3 bedrooms, Den area with Tv sofa and chairs, Fireplace and Air Hockey! From this area you can access the massive landscaped backyard with a Hot Tub, Fire Pit and plenty of grass to hang out on.

Note: Please ask about access to Incline's private beaches. Public beaches like Sand Harbor 3 miles away and Kings Beach 4 miles away are all open to the public.

  We all had a wonderful time. The house had so many things to do, our young adult kids had a blast. They enjoyed the hot tub, fire pit, pool table, pong pong table, playing games, doing puzzles, and playing bocce ball and the large lawn. The space in the house was comfortable and well stocked with everything we needed. The location was great for beach days and close to everything. We will definitely return again.   It was a perfect rental for my family - all under one roof but with plenty of space for everyone. The amenities, ie pool table, air hockey, spa were special. Although there was no dvd player as listed. The sheets on the bed in the middle bedroom on the lower level had hairs on them. (We laundered them before anyone slept in the bed.) I was surprised that we were not given a pass for the Incline Villages beaches. This may be a new regulation but I don't think it is right. And quite unfair.

  This was the nicest rental we ever had. It accommodated all 10 of us very well. It was nice that each couple had their own bathroom to be able to spread out in. We really enjoyed the hot tub and fire ring for making s’mores. The kitchen was fully stocked for our large meals. In this case, the home looked even better than the pictures.

  This house and the hosts are terrific. The space in the house is great for big families or multi family trip. Plenty of bedding and pillows. Pool table in the loft was a great source of fun competition and still able to talk over the wall to everyone in dining and living room area. Ping pong was fun. Kitchen was very well stocked. We will be back!

  This house did not disappoint! This was a last minute trip for us and the communication with the property management was very helpful with quick responses. The house was perfectly landscaped and had every amenity we could have needed. My kids and their friends loved the space downstairs and my husband and I felt like we had a whole upstairs to ourselves. The ambient heating was much appreciated, who doesn’t love heated tile floors. Thank you for sharing this lovely home.
