The Family room is located on the lower level that includes fire place, pool table and a foos ball table. 3 minutes from Diamond Peak Ski Resort which boasts an amazing child ski school. A 20-minute drive to Northstar --one of Tahoe s finest resorts. 5 minutes from downtown Incline Village. Breathtaking hiking nearby.

Note: Please ask about access to Incline's private beaches. Public beaches like Sand Harbor 3 miles away and Kings Beach 4 miles away are all open to the public.

  Sue from this company insisted we damaged a lamp, which we did not. Her negative attitude and unwillingness to even discuss situation, simply that we were guilty, was unacceptable. My card was charged 1 week after our stay. As a family of essential workers in need of a getaway weekend to lift our spirits, that our integrity was questioned is hard to accept. It is not the matter of the amount but rather the principle. It's possible that past renters may have damaged things and then denied it, as Sue stated, HOWEVER, this was not the case here. I have rented using VRBO, HomeAway, AirBnB and others for many years, including Lake Tahoe Accommodations, without one single negative incident such as now. The house itself, although well-worn (which is why the lamp may have fallen in any of the days after our stay), was clean and comfortable. It is situated though between 2 busy roads, so not safe for young children.

  We absolutely loved this house. Lots of kitchen items
  To use, with brand new appliances. tons of games for kids and adults too! Very comfortable beds and we loved relaxing in the hot tub! We would definitely stay in this house again! Thank you goldfish properties and thank you to Sue for answering all of our questions and helping us through the rental process! Perfection!
