416 Country Club

416 Country Club is a spacious House with plenty of room to spread out and relax. There are 3 gathering areas one at the entry level with a pool table and sitting area, the living room is on the second level just off of the kitchen and the third area is located upstairs. There is a private hot-tub just off of the kitchen area along with the large Hot tub there are two picnic tables and a large barbecue for summer dining. There are multiple decks to hangout on and enjoy the Tahoe sunsets This property offers six bedrooms; two of them are master bedrooms with there own bathrooms. All the bedding linens have been updated and many other items as well. There two Flat panel tv's with cable and DVD players. There is plenty of parking including a two-car garage.

  Nice size home for the number of people we had (13) but home is in need of major TLC and upgrade. Carpet is stained and old, cook top and oven need maintenance,Kitchen is also not stock well with cookware, heating in Master Bedroom on main floor fluctuated. Shower knob was broken and unable to get water to hot, had to take tipid showers. Furniture in pool area needs upgrading. For the price, home should be of better quality!

  The location and size of the property was perfect for our large family gathering. Unfortunately, the condition of the property was disappointing. Although it seemed to be well cleaned, it has not been well cared for by the owners/property managers. In fact, it was suggested by the PM that our expectations should be adjusted since the property is not high-end. Very disappointing.

  we stayed at 416 CC Drive for a wedding. The house was close to the venue, and The house is showing wear and tear, and is in need of some maintenance, but for the price, the blemishes were acceptable.
