Note: Please ask about access to Incline's private beaches. Public beaches like Sand Harbor 3 miles away and Kings Beach 4 miles away are all open to the public.

  We enjoyed the Location, amenities left by owner and deck. however; there was a bug/ant problem in unit. I killed at least 5-10 ants a day. They were on floor, toilets, counters, and on top of bed! I know its a ground level unit but it was a bit unsettling. The sheets need to be replaced: they were overused and scratchy.
