  The place is as described in the photos.
  Right next to the water with a view of Lake Tahoe and the mountains. It was amazing waking up to sunlight streaming into the patio.
  The house is in ok condition with older carpets and ab old couch.
  The upstairs bathroom is remodeled. We expected this based on the photos. Everything was working so we didn't have any issues with the appliances or otherwise. The condo could do with a renovation, but then the nightly price also would be higher :)
  Our stay was great. The host extended our checkout time. We were also be able to see a couple of bears walking into the water. It is a little hard to go into the water since there are a lot of rocks. I wish they had made it a little more sandy

  Dishwasher and screens broken, smells of cat pee, master bed not comfortable, entrance needs updating -so old. house needs updating-kitchen master bath. Tenant shouldn’t have to wash towels given condition. Overpriced. I didn’t use their towels. Beautiful view and place on beach
