Luxurious lakefront condo with spectacular lake views from every room. Located In Crystal Bay Cove this condo is tastefully decorated and offers everything for an unforgettable Tahoe vacations. Entry level offers a spacious living room, dining area and Kitchen. The kitchen has granite counter tops, living room with fireplace and TV. There is also a guest bedroom with bunk-beds. Downstairs is the second guest bedroom with two queen beds and private bath. The master suite is also on this level and offers a tv and a large shower in the master bath. Only ten minutes’ drive to the Diamond Peak ski area or a five-minute drive to the Hyatt Casino. Buoy available UPON APPROVAL for $350 per week
There are public beaches for your enjoyment like Sand Harbor and Kings Beach State Recreational Area

    Location of the house is great with amazing views. It was well cleaned. The kitchen had ample amount of utensils although could do better with some basic spices. The house needs renovation such as floors would creek and you could hear people walking on the first floor from the bedrooms, sofa in the upstairs bedroom had broken arms. The management was responsive and considerate.

    This is an amazing property that looks directly onto the lake. We had a wonderful weekend and enjoyed staying in the unit. The only issue is that the property needs an update of the furnishings in the condo.

    We have stayed in CBC for the past 5 years.This year our usual unit was not available so we rented 17.We were told to expect a refrigerator delivery on the second day of our stay. No big deal but should have been done between guests. Internet service was nonexistent. We were notified that the owner ordered a tech to come and fix the problem. Another interruption.On day 2 after a day on the lake, we were getting ready to go for a picnic. My adult son went to take a shower in the shower over tub unit. Once done showering, he tried to slide open the glass door and it came crashing down around him. There was glass everywhere. My son was bleeding all over. The glass was tempered but the force caused shards of glass dust everywhere. I had to call 911 for help but I cold not get service in the unit. I went up to the street and finally reached them. 3 paramedics came to help to stop the bleeding and bandage him. Meanwhile there was glass and blood everywhere.I called the office and left a message. This was a very hazardous situation. There was a handyman, Carlos waiting in the driveway awaiting the delivery for not a fridge but a stove!!He came and looked at the glass in the bathroom and he would be back to clean it. He did a very good job and said there would be another crew in the am to clean thoroughly.The manager called me to say the stove was on its way, apparently she didn't get my message. I told her no way were we accepting another disruption, we were all in shock. The injuries my son sustained really hampered his ability to walk, hike, swim etc. We paid a lot of money to stay is a subpar unit with major maintenance issues, and broken furniture. The manager did refund us one night room and tax. Sadly we will not be using Goldfish again.

    The condo was clean and the arrival and check out process were so easy. I highly recommend this rental. We had a great time.
