Watch skiers and snowboarders as they descend down the slopes of Diamond Peak. 173 Bitterbrush offers two master suites, each with their own private bathrooms. There is spacious loft (Queen size Futon sleeper) located above the Living Room, as well as a convenient Powder Room on the Living Room level. The spacious kitchen has granite counter tops and newer appliances. This condo is a short drive to the Diamond Peak ski resort and only five minutes to the Hyatt Casino or the beaches of Incline Village. **The loft features a Queen Size futon sleeper**.

Note: Please ask about access to Incline's private beaches. Public beaches like Sand Harbor 3 miles away and Kings Beach 4 miles away are all open to the public.

  Clean, nicely appointed and with a sideways view of the Lake, our condo housed 5 of us for over a week. Just be prepared for stairs - three levels plus a loft. Two separate garages are available but your vehicle cannot be larger than a compact. The condo was comfortable and a great base for Tahoe activities.

  I love incline village, beautiful views, great hiking and my two young boys (5 and 7) love diamond peak which is literally right across the street from this house (although, not walkable).
  
  The view picture is a bit misleading, the view from the house is not of the lake, only if you go outside on the patio can you see it. You are basically overlooking the diamond peek mountain.
  
  The garage is VERY small and there is no street parking. I have a Tesla S and there was about 2" of space either side even with the mirrors folded in.
  
  Everything was in good working order and clean...we had a great time. It isn't a "high end" place, but functional.

  Although we pretty much only got to sleep and change in the condo, the location and space were perfect. I wish we could’ve taken better advantage but like I said it was perfect for what we needed. We hope we can do this again real soon.

  We have stayed in a lot of vacation rentals; we found this condo to be in need of some attention. A lot of the furniture showed heavy use as well as the carpet. We would have liked to sit out on the deck but one of the two chairs was broken. Wash cloths need to be provided. The instructions for the condo were minimal for like checking out. We had a hard time finding the dumpster for trash.

  Because of smoke and warmer weather for this time of year, it was uncomfortable sleeping because there was no fan or air conditioning on the bedroom level. The ceiling fan on the top level wasn’t strong enough to cool down the living area. We had to borrow a fan in order to sleep there. The carpet showed signs of wear along with the deck furniture and the deck itself needed repair. We were happy with the comfort of the furniture and the condo location itself was quiet and had great views of Diamond Peak Ski area and of the lake.The condo was clean which was super important because of the spread of the Covid virus and Sue at Goldfish Properties responded promptly to all our questions. We would most likely stay there again especially if the maintenance issues were addressed.

  Kitchen was stocked with everything you need to prepare your meals.The view of Diamond Peak was nice. Spectacular view of the lake from the deck.Sue from Goldfish Properties was very responsive to our needs. If problems occurred Carlos came quickly and solved them. Beds were comfortable. Very convenient to Diamond Peak and Incline Village restaurants and stores. Garages were very narrow and Laundry room not convenient. Carpet on the stairs from the garage level was very dirty.Carrying groceries up 2 flights of stairs at almost 7000 ft.of elevation was challenging. Furnishings were comfortable but showed wear.
