This 2-story beautifully renovated townhome has a spacious living room with a tall, vaulted A-frame ceiling that opens to a lovely deck complete with a large gas grill and dining set, inviting you to sit outside and soak up the fragrant pine trees surrounding the property. Sink into the large living room sectional in front of the brick hearth with wood pellet stove that warms up the place in winter. Watch movies through your Netflix account on the large flat screen cable tv equipped with DVD/Blueray or stream your own music through our Bluetooth enabled stereo; pour yourself a drink at the wet bar off the adjacent dining area and put your feet up. Access to HOA amenities includes 2 outdoor heated swimming pools and saunas open during the summer--one, just across the way. After you’re done with the day s adventures, come home, take a dip in the pool, throw something on the grill and relax. A great home base for those who love nature and exploring the outdoors. 3 minutes from Diamond Peak Ski Resort which boasts an amazing child ski school A 20-minute drive to Northstar --one of Tahoe s finest resorts. | -5 minutes from downtown Incline Village | -Breathtaking hiking nearby. The property comes equipped with a stacked laundry closet, a Pack n Play, hairdryers, iron and ironing board.

Note: Please ask about access to Incline's private beaches. Public beaches like Sand Harbor 3 miles away and Kings Beach 4 miles away are all open to the public.

    All in all this place was comfortable and clean for our family and friends. Sue is very sweet and responds quickly. I would say maybe a few things have been recently renovated but not the entire home. Some things are still dated. Why not just throw away the two broken chairs on the porch? Those are still there as mentioned in earlier reviews. One of the bedroom beds had a badly broken box spring which made for a long uncomfortable sleep on the first night. However, moving the mattress straight to the floor helped. It was great having laundry in the unit and the kitchen is very well equipped. The garage is not really practical as it’s super tiny. It’s more of a storage at best. However there is lots of parking nearby. Also, if you read that Goldfish properties offers discounted Diamond peak tickets that is not the case anymore. We were planning to use that perk but found out after booking that they don’t offer that which was disappointing. All in all I would recommend this place. It was very clean and in a good location.
