The room is connected to the upstairs master bedroom, but can be closed off with sliding doors. If you plan on enjoying the nearby beaches, golfing, hiking, boating, biking, etc. this may be the ideal property/location for you. 2 bedroom (plus loft) 2 bath.

Note: Please ask about access to Incline's private beaches. Public beaches like Sand Harbor 3 miles away and Kings Beach 4 miles away are all open to the public.

  This could have been a five star review as the place and the amenities were great but they advertised the unit as non-smoking when clearly it had not been. When we arrived it smelled intensely of cigarettes. I am allergic so I immediately contacted the office to be told it was from another unit and they had cleaned ours but I highly the doubt that such an intense an ongoing smell could be from abother unit. They seemed unwilling to do anything about it, it was more a "sorry but too bad response." Needless to say both myself and my two kids got extremely sick. Both of them threw up. Not fun. Please just be honest and say the building was previously smoked in so people can make informed decisions about where to stay.

  Sue and the team made this a wonderful stay. She went out of her way to get us more towels when we arrived. The condo was clean and peaceful, with everything we needed minus the towels. We would stay at Forest Pines again

  A great location, two blocks from the Lake. Very comfortable and a nicely equiped kitchen. The only downside, it had no internet. Our property manager was very attentive in seeing that some minor details were taken care of quickly.
