Lakeview house with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Large wrap around decks on two levels. Living room and kitchen have great view of the Lake and surrounding Mountains. Complex has seasonal tennis courts and swimming pool. Minutes from Diamond Peak and Big Water Grille. The Common Area Hot Tub is only available during the summer months. Just a few minutes from the walking path connecting Incline Village to Sand Harbor.

The Garage is not available for rentals

Note: Please ask about access to Incline's private beaches. Public beaches like Sand Harbor 3 miles away and Kings Beach 4 miles away are all open to the public.

  1st class home experience. The best part was the wood burning stove. The worst part was the steep driveway and stairs in the 4 day snow storm. Proximity to Diamond Peak was great. Would rent again anytime.

  This is a very nice swiss style chalet with comfortable beds and nice furnishings and great light from large windows in the main eating and gathering area. Yhere is an amazing collection of books and the kitchen was well stocked. The only negative is that the garage and the pantry in the kitchen were locked and off limits. Goldfish was easy to communicate with and were very helpful.

  It was a warm, wonderful, inviting feeling when entering the home. Once inside, the amazing views of the lake and trees made it that much more enjoyable and relaxing. It was clean and beautifully decorated. I loved that it was so close to all the spots we planned to go to like Sand Harbor beach and Kings beach. Most of all short drive to Grocery stores and Starbucks. We would absolutely come back again.

  After many years renting this property it was a surprise that no BBQ was available anymore. We plan all our meals around using the BBQ so had to buy one for the stay.

  House was as described. Just be sure you are okay with lots of stairs leading up to the front door and once inside.
  Please note that the overhead fan in master bedroom makes a lot of noise and needs to be repaired.
