This home is perfect for two families, the Entry level has Large Master, Pool Table, spacious living room, Gourmet Kitchen, Private Dining Room, Bathroom and a large Laundry room. The Cathedral ceiling and large window let the light in to illuminate the Home. The slider doors open up to the Beautifully landscaped backyard for bbq, sunning or enjoying the Hot Tub. The second level has 3 bedrooms a guest suite, second room has bunk beds and the 3rd room has two twin beds. All three bedrooms are surrounded by a Den area that is perfect for the kids to hang out in. If you are looking for some serious rest and relaxation this is the Home for you.

There are public beaches for your enjoyment like Sand Harbor and Kings Beach State Recreational Area

  We are a family of 4. We had a great stay. The house is very roomy with everything you need. The game room was amazing for the kids. Sue was super responsive and very professional in her communication. We enjoyed our stay and we will definitely come back.

  Our condo was being fumigated so we decided to get away to North Lake Tahoe/Northstar. Covid shuts downs caused the CA side to shut by happenstance we found Incline Village. Long Story short...we will ONLY stay in Incline Village now...and will look for this property first everytime!

  Our rental experience was overall good....much the home could use some "basics" that would have made our experience more "like a home". The house lacked basics, such as kleenex boxes, the bath towels were razor thin, in addition there were not enough towels in the master bathroom, I ended up going upstairs to the other bathroom to take bath towels, there was absolutely zero liquid detergent was and there was a shortage of dishwashing soap. At the price point they are charging for this property; one would expect that the towels would be "newer" and that some basic kitchen/wash/paper goods would be in place. We would consider staying at the property again....however, I would double and triple check that the above mentioned things/items were improved. Thank you.
